Interior_Works provides tools for generating invoices, tracking expenses, and managing interior design projects. You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

3. User Data and Backup

Your business data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs due to device failure, uninstallation, or app data clearing.

• We strongly recommend utilizing the Google Drive backup feature provided within the app.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your backups are successful and securing your Google account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Interior_Works and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the accounting outputs. You are advised to verify generated documents (like tax invoices) with a qualified accountant.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interior_Works, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
